Not going to another city or state or even another house… I’m moving my scrap room/art studio. After years and years of trying to convince my DH that I need the room where the pool table is located, I finally convinced him. The new room is bigger, has more usable space and much better lighting. The sad thing is, even with all my rational reasonings, it took my girlfriend to bring it up and make my case with all the same reasons before he took a tape measure to the rooms. Men can be so exasperating. In any case, I’m moving! It will take weeks to get all the furniture moved and supplies sorted, purged and reorganized. It will take professionals to disassemble and move the pool table and only then can I fully get everything into place. Day by day I’m working in sections and trying to keep floor space open so the table can be moved.. hopefully next week.  I made a vow that I would not make any scrappy purchases until I’ve used A LOT of what I already have… and I do have A LOT. It looks like a store down there. Of course this vow doesn’t include the things I purchased online before I got the go ahead to move my room, those things are being delivered now.
